In town for the day and was attracted by lunch options. The plastic flowers and dark surroundings detracted, but my food was tasty. Can't -miss combo of shrimp, crab, and avocado on a sandwich--excellent!

Just average quality food dressed up with sauce and cheese to give the "gourmet flair". Not worth the dollars

We asked someone locally for a recommendation for dinner in Astoria. They steered us to silver Salmon Grille. And recommended eating at the bar. We chose a few items. the only one memorable was a smoked salmon with cheese on artisan bread. that was delicious. The other two I don't even remember. The bar staff were great. Service was great.... We are traveling and relied on other Trip Advisor reviews to zero in on some fresh seafood at Silver Salmon Grille and we were not disappointed. I had blackened salmon with a lime chive aioli. My partner had the special, blackened sturgeon with avocado aioli. We both had a wonderful salad with champagne vinaigrette dressing and garlic mashed potatoes. They... More

The seafood (salmon and crab cakes) were excellent and very fresh. The lighting in the dining area was very dark and the waiter talked very loud (like he himself was hard of hearing). Overall it was very good!

We popped into the Silver Salmon as we arrived in Astoria looking forward to a seafood meal. This place was a delightful surprise. As we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, the crowd was minimal and the service outstanding. We each enjoyed the fried halibut and chips with the cole slaw. The chips were a bit overdone and really... More

A very pleasant atmosphere with fresh fish and outstanding steaks. The drinks are crafted to perfection, and when combined with happy hour, it truly is enough to keep one happy. Located in an updated historic restaraunt bar this has the history and relics of old Astoria brought forward. Astoria is very upscale in so many ways. It is places like... More

Not only is it the name sake of the restaurant and the specialty of the house.Try the silver Salmon Supreme fresh salmon filled with a Dungeness crab, bay shrimp and smoked gouda stuffing. Oven poached in white wine and lemon, finished with chives and beurre rouge sauce. Great service delightfully presented and perfect. You will write your personal chef in... More
