A tasty and reliable lunch choice in Ventura for years. Often a line, but worth the wait. I tend to get the salads but the sandwiches are good as is the soup.

Great healthy food, nice friendly people, good setting. I always feel good about what I'm eating when I go there. The chicken sandwhich with chipotle sauce is my fave, my girlfriend loves the salads! She would eat there everyday if she could.

Food is really good. Seating can be a little difficult if the weather isn't great. But the weather usually is great - so if you don't mind sitting outside, go for it.

This was the first of a small chain restaurant. The sandwiches and salads are quite wonderful. The prices CANNOT be beat for the quality of the food you're receiving. Try the protein salad (my personal favorite), with chicken and balsamic dressing. YUM! I eat there at least three times a week.

Very good food at a fare price. Very good service and a nice place to enjoy the meal. They have heaters outside that make it really nice to sit by the sidewalk while you enjoy your meal.

Best sandwiches in town! Come with a delicious and healthy side salad. Pesto sundried tomato is my favorite.
