I enjoyed this restaurant so much that I ate their twice in two days, despite the price tag of almost $175. The most amazing thing I've ever eaten was the pounded tuna starter. I could have eaten 5 of those in a row. Then they had this egg custard in an egg for dessert. It was amazing! Last, the only... More

LeBernardin offers three gates to Heaven. I believe the tolls are $125, $145, and $195. We took the highest and I am still swooning. The higher cost of wine pairings was avoided by two half bottles which were more than sufficient. Sure I can recite the menu for you, but discovery is half the fun, so go and enjoy. Two... More

Chef Eric's new menu does not skip a beat while retaining a few standbys so as not to disappoint regulars (eg, pounded tuna appetizer) while adding dover sole with a killer brown butter sauce. Another, that was new to us at least, the monk fish. If I'm able I'll attach pixs of the 3 or at least the monk fish.... More

This was the highlight of our gastronomic tour of NYC (11 Madison Park, Jean George, Bouley, Daniel). We had the lunch tasting menu with wine pairings, divine. We loved every single course with the lobster lasagna with truffle being a standout. Service was perfection, not overbearing, just there when you needed it. Wine pairings were perfect although the delivery a... More

Ever since reading Medium Raw, I wanted to dine here. The meal was a delectable yet seamless dinner from start to finish. We began at the bar and enjoyed cocktails. I'd drop by again just for my tequila based Zona Rosa. Others in our party started with a glass of rose recommended by the bartender which extended to two bottles... More

The combination of a somber atmosphere and quite outstanding food really made an impression. All dishes were simply superb, and the tuna became a favourite. Service was impeccable with attentive and helpful staff. There is little to say other than that Le Bernardin really holds its place as one of the foremost restaurants globally!
