While vacationing, decided to treat the wife to a nice dinner. Will definitely go back, not only for the food, but the view as well. A must if visiting San Diego. Loved it.

The view at Bertrand at Mister A's cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the food doesn't compare. Food is good, but not great. Menu is fairly uninspired. Service is good but not stellar. Splurge on the view but don't expect much more.
