If you want to try and eat healthy, without skimping on the food, I would recommend Tender Greens. Huge, tasty salads and/or sandwiches. You won't leave hungry from here. Service was excellent also.

By far the best casual meals in the area, mostly a local clientele, we ate two meals and both were outstanding. The produce used is fresh and very well served in creative dishes. Adding a side to an entree creates enough for two. We will return when in the area.
