Prepare to wait in the queue as this place is always crowded. But it is worth the wait as these are some of the best pastries and bakery products that you can find in Boston. Truly great value for the food.

Oh Yeah, Baby! The first time we tried to get in, there was a line going out the door and down the block... Go in the morning for breakfast. It's less crowded. They have about 20 different flavors of cannoli, all kinds of gorgeous pastries, cookies, cakes and gelato- just like the pastry shops in Europe. The profiteroles are divine!... More

We live near NYC, nothing by us even compares to Mike's Pastry. Long lines even on a weekday. Give yourself extra time. We love their cupcakes. We also like the Italian pastries. Very close to the ones we had in Italy. We went here while visiting friends that live 45 mins away. On our way home we had to stop... More

Great cannolis. Long line that moves really fast. Really large assortment of cookies cannolis and gelato.. The place to be in the North End for dessert

This is definitely not worth the calories. The cream wasn't real (oil based spray), the fillings were bland, and even the chocolate chip cookies weren't even as good as supermarket varieties. Would not go back.

way overrated - touristy - and way too croweded -- don't visit any more - not worth wait -- I've heard their Boston Creme pie is worth it - but I don't like BC Pie - so nothing enticing to me -- better bakeries in No. End (like Bova's and Modern Pastry) -- then this --

This is one of the go to spots in the North End. We had the cannoli's, a black & white cookie and a piece of chocolate fudge cake. Nice portion size and the prices were reasonable. They have many cannoli filling flavors. Place is packed, at least on the weekends, so don't plan on eating at one of their few... More

I usually don't even like cannolis, but these are amazing! There are many flavors. It's very crowded and there isn't a place to sit, but it is well worth going there. I took my cannoli and started to eat it in the car and finished the whole thing wishing I had bought two! Delicious! Everyone else thought so as well.
