Thanks, Desert Bistro, we almost missed you, and you were right behind our hotel. Your appetizers, your wine, your entrées, your dessert. Your servers, hostess, owner, & your chef. You "Get it". We can't wait to come back. Thanks again, love, S & S.

If you are tired of pizza, steaks, burgers or mexican food and if you are looking for something special, you should try this nice restaurant. The food was awesome and they have a large variety of great wines. The service of Chris was excellent and we enjoyed a perfect evening. Next time in Moab we will be back again.

This is a creative, high-quality, professional restaurant in every respect. It would be an asset to any city and it is, at the same time, entirely comfortable and consistent with its very special locatoin, Moab.

This is a superb restaurant, excellent food and service all around. From starters to desert it was all excellent. My only regret is that our reservation with them was for our last day in Moab, or we would've eaten there again!

Our dinner at the Desert Bistro was planned weeks in advance of our arrival in Moab. It was selected on the basis of Trip Advisor reviews which praised this fine dining restaurant as the best in Moab. Rightly so--in general the creativity, presentation and execution was excellent, with one exception. We shared a steak that was described as a Wagyu-style... More

Easily the best restaurant in Moab for a unique and tasty dinner. The appetizers were amazing (rabbit sausage for one) and they had some interesting venison selections, burgers or chops. Both were fantastic ,nice waitstaff and a good wine list. Not a cheap night but a great reward after hiking the canyons>

At the end of a Moab vacation, we took the family here. It was a great place to dine for our last night before returning home. All the items are very fresh, the environment is very welcoming and quiet and the service is prompt without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

My wife and i enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Desert Bistro after a long long day in the Jeep. The food and service was excellent. The husband/wife team did a great job of feeding us, presenting a menu that varied and creatively prepared, not what we expected in a small, remote town. We were attracted by the good reviews... Best restaraunt in Moab for food - all our food was amazing if a little on the pricey side but a nice change from burgers and chain food etc. The king prawns were amazing and i had the beef tenderloin which was so tender. We would have gone back but it was constantly booked so if you want to go... More

We like this place, and we generally have very high standards. The service was excellent, beginning with the hostess/owner and following through with the waitress. We didn't have a reservation and the inside was fully booked, but we were offered a place at the small bar or a table on the patio. The patio was very comfortable and as the... More
