Had lunch, it was excellent! I had a green all the way through quesadilla with artichokes - yam! Kids also enjoyed. We took it to the hotel, since there is no seating. In the town full of tourist-trap type restaurants - this was a welcomed relief

Very small and cute food truck parked in the lot of a trading post. The chicken is marinated and pulled along with corn and black beans make the best quesadillas that we have tasted. They cook them on the spot and it takes a little while but they are worth the wait.

After seeing that the number 1 restaurant in Moab is a food truck, we had to try it! We chose to share a large quesadilla (don't remember which one), and sat on our tailgate in the sunshine to eat it. The chipotle sour cream and green salsa were fantastic, ingredients were fresh, and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

After all the interviews and hype I read about this little slice of divine mobile cuisine I was really not impressed. I tried several of the offerings and decided it was handy, fairly tasty, convenient and a generous serving . I suppose I was underwhelmed after all the rave write ups, but since it wasn't bad I may try again... More

Stopped in for lunch today with friends. We had three different kinds all were perfect. The salsas both green and red were just right. The service was great. This was a very pleasant find on a rainy day.
