confusing menu here inside and poor portion sizes, way overpriced for what you get, and limited seating make this somewhere to avoid

The variety of vegetarian foods was no better than Friendly Market could offer, but the prices here were way higher. Organic fruit and veg was overpriced and underwhelming - we only saw tourists shopping here.

But you're not when you come across this little gem of a store carrying various health food items and fresh foods. It was quite a surprise!

Finding a local health food store in such a small community was very welcome but unfortunately the prices are very high. Yes, everything has to be boated in to Molokai but we ended up buying only a few items due to the expense.

Outpost Natural Foods is just a window in the back of the only natural foods store on the island. The menu is limited. The food is pretty unimaginative--but perfectly edible. It's a good place to grab a quick sandwich or burrito on the way from one place to another.

Great selection of organic produce and bulk items. A bit pricey though. They also serve great all natural food and great smoothie
