I love the idea of Tapas restaurants because you get to flavor more than just one dish. The food was of excellent quality and had a great presentation. The short rib was a bit over cooked; we wish we would have tried the park belly instead. Other than that everything tasted great. More

We just happened across this place while trying to find a sushi restaurant near Poipu. (Why in the heck is there not a sushi restaurant is beyond me.) Anyway, Josselin's was amazing! I'm not sure what happened the night we visited, but our experience here was nothing like what others have reported. This place was extremely noisy inside, and it was only about half full. I've eaten at Josselin's twice and had GREAT food both times. For this most recent visit, I had the ahi tempura roll to start (pretty good, not great) and the opakapaka (pink snapper, which is my favorite fish...and it was excellently prepared here). Great menu with excellent variety. They brought each dish to our table separately which was different to other tapas restaurants we've visited but it worked really well, we were able to savour and enjoy each dish. Definitely worth a visit. More
