We ate there because it was on site at our hotel. Staff is extraordinarly friendly. Atmosphere at night is just alright, which matches the food. More

If you enjoy fine dining this is a place you should go in Kauai. I'm not a huge fan of scallops, but the appetizer was great. My wife had the ahi and raved about it. I had the ny steak and it rocked! It comes with 4 dipping sauces that added to the flavor. The atmosphere was ok. Compared to... More

Kauai is not an island for foodies. The overall quality is very average for the prices. Of all the 'nice' restaurants we went to, this was the best. I would stick to average fare since gourmet doesn't really exist. If you go here, you must try the chocolate cake. More

I had read so much about the Lemon Pineapple Souffle Pancakes at the Red Salt, that I made visiting there for breakfast a top priority. We were staying at the Sheraton Kauai next door, but were not wowed by their breakfast (or the hefty price tag). The Red Salt's breakfast buffet was delicious, and the restaurant offered more options that... More

We went there the first night.after we stayed in the resort. Having been living in NYC all my life, we are a bit picky on the food, fish is cooked well, pan Asian type. Better than Roy's food, hands down, but it is average if this food is presented in NYC.. Again, this is not NYC, I still enjoyed it.... More

For an upscale restaurant, the token vegetarian option was actually quite good. The food is pricey but that's kind of the norm in Kauai. More

The food had flavor but the portions were small for the price. There are better options in the Poipu area. More

We dined here during our vacation in Kauai and absolutely loved it. For the price, we thought the food was amazing. We paid more for less in other restaurants on the island. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. Our waitress was amazing. She spent time giving us tips on places to see and where to buy the best... More
