I always love stopping by the Bistro, I am never disappointed. The waitstaff is extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and can list every liquor the bar carries without batting an eye. They were busy, so our party of 3 ate at the bar. Interesting menu, great food, prompt service. Though Jackson is western-oriented, they can make an excellent sweet potato & sage ravioli.

otherwise you will be seated along the outer edges where you can literally hear the people chewing their food who will be inevitable seated right next to you (even though the place is empty). Food was really good and atmosphere was spectacular. We started out with tuna carpaccio, carrot soup and the. Had a great salad (arugula and fennel) and the. dove into the ricotta gnocchi with Meat ragu and the 1/2 chicken. Drink feature with Henny Black was tasty too.
