The food is wonderful and the service is grand. We highly recommend a visit to the Inn. Friday night we had Whitefish with a lemon butter almond sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and a green salad. Delicious. The server told us about a special on drinks, and recommended the House White and Red, and both were wonderful! We indulged a bit... More

Won't visit again. Our waitress was good and food was decent. I'm not sure if it was an owner, manager or what, but she seemed annoyed that we were "in her way" while paying. We did have a stroller and our daughter..Oh no! Her actions will definitely keep us from revisiting. I'd rather support nicer folks.

This is a very good restaurant, but the staff wasn't the friendliest I've ever dealt with. They were serving brunch when we were there, and a neighboring table asked them to make something that wasn't on the menu, but would have been very easy to put together using ingredients that were already in use (I think it was a BLT... I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt the need to warn people about spending their hard earned money at this restaurant. I can not speak for the inn itself or the bakery items. A friend of ours invited our party of nine there at about 4:15 PM on 5/3/13. He had once had a nice experience... More

Great atmosphere, good friendly service and good food. Bakery is homemade, so either save room for desert or make sure to take some home with you! Nummy!

I would recommend this place, we just tried it with our 2 young children. The waitress was very accomodating, because it was off the vacation season we could be aside in a quiet spot so the kids could run around without being annoying to other people. The food is good, we had the whitefish and the chicken that were both... More

We recently dined here. Sure not what it use to be. Food was more like a family restaurant than an elegant dinning adventure that we remembered. Gone are the cloth table cloths as well as the outstanding food. Ribs were fatty and not even cleaned on the backside. Chicken was tough and dry. I know the economy has something to... More

Even though we were a bit early for the usual dinner time, we both had a great dinner here. Our waitress was attentive. The wine was good. the food was great. The rolls were very yummy and the butter was soft, a real plus. There is not much of a view as the restaurant is on the main street. The... More

Enjoyed the Pecan Belgian waffle with crispy bacon and good hot coffee. The waitress was attentive. The atmosphere was cozy, warm and inviting. My friends enjoyed the Quiche of the day as well as the breakfast croissant sandwich and both thought they were good. Every time I'm in Sturgeon Bay I make it a point to stop here. Thumbs up,...
