Our first visit was at lunch time. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. My burrito was ok. The tortilla could have been cooked more. My friends raved about their tacos so next time ill try the tacos

My family heads to Javier's every chance we get. We love the food, the service and the welcome you get when you walk in the door. A family friendly place with a wonderful menu of items to choose from. Take my advise and head on over, you will not regret it! Enjoy!

Stayed overnight in Racine @ Radisson and was looking for place for dinner. Picked Javier's from tripadvisor food recommendations. My wife and I had 2 margaritas each, Tortilla Soup, which was excellent, and steak tacos, chicken tostada, and tamales. Everything was very good, but we were filled up from the chips & salsa and tortilla soup. Took a doggy bag... More

Our family of 5 tried Javier's for the first time tonite. The menu was typical Mexican American food, but the thing that caught my eye was the tilapia. The cilantro lime butter sauce was calling my name. It was fantastic! Also their seasonal clam chowder with jalapeño kick was awesome! Too bad it's only available during lent. Prices a tad... More

We have always had a good experience at Javier's. The menu contains both traditional Mexican items and some of Javier's creations. Servers are always friendly. Located in what used to be what was a fast food type building it might be overlooked but don't make that mistake.

My husband and I have been going to Javier's since they opened!! We love the delicious salsa/chips and Mexican cuisine, but you really can't beat Javier's specials---they are always a culinary treat!! When we have out of town guests , we always head to Javier's. They are always impressed with the food and service!!

Had the Tacos al pastor, it was pretty good. The salsa and chips came within 3 min. The salsa is not good. 1 very young waitress serving everyone, she was busy. Need to think about hiring a second server. I might try it again.

This was my first visit and I regret having waited so long to go. The beans are delicious and the steak and mushroom quesidilla was excellent. Service was very friendly and quick. Will definitely be going back.

I've been to Javier's twice in the past couple of months. Both times we've gone after 7pm on a Saturday and we got a table pretty much right away. The servers are always nice and quick, no problems there. The first time I was there I had a combo, one chimichanga and one burrito. Both were just so-so and lacking... More

Javier's is a cozy, family-friendly restaurant. The food is exceptional from the warm chips to the table side guacamole to the excellent entrees. It's a reasonable priced with everything under $14. And it has a kid's menu that my kids love! You will love it. And everyone that works there is Javier's family -- you can't go wrong.
