I was completely taken by surprise with this restaurant. Prime example of why you never judge a book by its cover. They have a great wine list and food to match. I ordered a NY Strip and I literally never picked up my knife, cut the entire steak with my fork. Unbelievable!

We were pleased with the wine selection for a very small town in WV. Also enjoyed our steaks, dessert was also good. Service was adequate.

We decided to bypass the Blackwater Lodge and headed into Davis for dinner. A local had told us this was the best restaurant close-by and we needed a reservation if we wanted to go. A nice menu and great service. I love to visit Davis once or twice a year and have not given much thought to the dining options. I really think this place is a little jewel in a small town. I'll be back for sure!!

Fine dining in Davis, WV and a good bar but Timberline bar is better. Fun place. Cool. I would go there again for a date night if I was staying in the area. But I would start the evening at Timberline.Somehow you just stay and stay at Timberline once you get there because the Timbers Inn is so sweet.
