We were visiting family and they took us here. It is downtown close to the park on the other side of the river. The building is old and has character. Upon arrival the owner / chef came to the table to tell us about his menu and I was impressed and immediately comfortable and appreciated his time. The owner took... More

I've eaten here four times, two of which were business dinners with one of our biggest vendors. This place is classy seafood cooked right. On Monroe street just north of the bridge/river. Within walking distance from Riverfront Park. If you want fresh salmon or halibut look no further. This place has a cool 1920's post-prohibition Great Gatsby vibe, with a... More

I have seen this restaurant many times and have read excellent reviews on it. I made a reservation and was thoroughly surprised. You see, before it was Milford's it was the Pastime Bar and I lived across the street in an apartment. It was a wild and wooly time for a young 18 and 19 year-old naive girl in 1968-1969... More

Restaurant was recommended by a local. Very friendly service from everyone. I sat at the bar. Awesome stuffed mushrooms, bib salad and crab and Brie stuffed steelhead. Great way to end my week in the area. Highly recommend! JF from Dallas

Milford himself was on board last night, and quite the character. We ordered escargot and crab stuffed mushrooms for our appetizers, which were wonderful....especially the escargot. Milford came to our table to enlighten us on the quality of escargot we were eating. It seems that if you buy escargot from an Asian supplier, they are only cooked half as many... More

Milfords is one of my favorite restaurants in Spokane. It is consistenly good with very attentive service. We have even had the chef come out to be sure our dishes were what we had hoped for. And they were! Good appetizers and entrees. The wine selection is marvelous. And one must try one of their very special desserts!

Went here on a friends recommendation and was very pleasantly surprised. I wanted to try several things so ordered escargot, bowl of clams, and stuffed steelhead. I was stuffed at the escargot and clams and had to take the steelhead home for the next day. The escargot came out in this ceramic bowl made for the individual snails. Cooked in... More

We used to be frequent visitors to Spokane are always seemed to eat at Milford's. However, we haven't eaten there for 2-3 years and were eagerly anticipating our recent visit. Unfortunately. we were disappointed in the changes that have been made. The menu was more limited, the wine list stunted and most of all Milford's wonderful hot in-house made flatbread... More

Brought out of town guests here because it was highly recommended. It lived up to all recommendations. All of us had different dishes and everyone loved their meal.

The way everyone in town talks about this place, you would think you were dining at Jean Georges in NYC. I mean, the fish was cooked well, but having your signature dish be a cedar plank salmon with some average BBQ sauce drizzled on it? What's so special about that? The server was personable, but not as professional as you'd... More
