Most of the food here is average - good and predictable. But they have some of the best pancakes I've ever had. I don't know what is different, but they are definitely yummy. Coffee is very weak so I don't order it here, their other food is fine. But the pancakes are outstanding.

Fanny's is one of those places that is just plain good food.. friendly service and family friendly. Great place for breakfast or lunch

I read a lot of rave reviews about this place. We've tried it once for breakfast and once for lunch. I don't think it lives up to the hype. Service was the best part. Food was average and kids meals are overpriced. We are going to keep searching for a breakfast/lunch spot.

Very good food, usually on the quieter side although busy. Love best their BBQ Dip - has a bit of heat in the sauce and is unique. Service is excellent all the time. Prices average. We like the atmosphere.

Stumbled upon this down to earth spot with great food! Will definitely be back if we are ever near marysville again.

Glad we found this hidden gem. Clean and pleasant dining area and tables. Friendly and attentive both the person who seated us and our server. Large menu for breakfast and lunch. We ordered the special blue cheese burger, and fish and chips. Both were excellent and more than enough food. Crispy fries! Pleasant atmosphere. Definately will visit again.

Management has bad attitude as well as a few of the servers are not very friendly. Had breakfast and waitress didnt even smile or say hello. the food is just ok and a little expensive too
