Love the food here. Pulled pork is fantastic! Dry ribs are great. Visit here every time we visit Williamsburg.
We often visit Williamsburg, VA because of our daughter who goes to William and Mary and every time we're in town would try to eat in a different place to check out as many restaurants as we can and find out which place is a good place to eat. There are so many choices that we would like to somehow... More
We had dinner here after touring in Colonial Williamsburg. The advertisements were appealing and it was recommended by our hotel staff. The food was definitely not appealing. We both ordered ribs. The food came out quickly and was only luke warm. For a place that specializes in bbq, the ribs were not good at all. The hush puppies were burnt... More
My wife and I are regulars to this Red, Hot & Blue. The food is consistently great. This time out I had the Tennessee Triple: dry rub ribs, pulled pork and sausage, with sides of baked beans and potato salad. The ribs were tender, with great flavor. I prefer my pulled pork with very little to no BBQ sauce and... More
Ate here twice on our trip 6 years ago and again this last trip. Still excellent. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The food was great. Not overcooked at all. Only bad to say the beer i had was a lot more expensive than it really shouldve been. $8 for one beer. And the sauces they had, while good,... More
This was our second time to visit and my wife and I were not dissappointed. I know that different areas in this great country have different ways to prepare barbeque. I had a combo platter sampling the dry rub ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, sausage and pulled chicked (quite a bit but I hadn't eaten all day). My wife had... More
This was the first time we had been to a Red, Hot, & Blue. The food was amazing. I ordered the wet ribs with hush puppies and french fries. Everything was perfect. My fiancé ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and beans. She said her coleslaw was the best she's had anywhere before and the beans were really close... More
Food was good but not as great as advertised. We both had ribs, my wife's was half fat and missing bones. Beer was warm. We had to have our table changed because the booth was two small for two people, and no we're not that big, two averaged size people would not fit in this booth. Check came and we... More
My wife and I split the Five Meat Treat Platter for lunch. More than enough for two. This is an excellent way to sample their pulled pork, shredded chicken, brisket, St. Louis ribs and sausage served with beans and slaw. Veronica, our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the sauces and rub options. We also enjoyed listening to some great... More
