Williamsburg has many pancake houses but I cannot think of why you would go anywhere but to the Astronomical Pancake and Waffle House. Each time that I have been there the waitresses have been cheerful, which is welcome in the morning. Plus the food is good. The kids enjoyed the massive 14 inch diameter pancakes. Not a one of us finished a pancake --and you get two. The menu is pretty basic (eggs, bacon, lunch sandwiches) and the recipes are basic too.
