They take reservations, the low lighting is romantic, the food is good, but a bit expensive on some dishes. Sometimes the food gets cold before you finish. Okay, was a bit skeptical upon notincing "Virginia's Finest Steakhouse" on the sign. Is it? Probably not. Nice historic feel inside, staff was very polite; greeted immediately.
