Imagine finding a local place along Rte.7 that is immaculate AND has delicious food at a fair price. The owners are friendly, the dozens of burgers, fresh soup, hand cut fries and chips make this a welcome relief from the often over-priced burgers poorly done elsewhere.

The veggie burger at Archies is epic, but I always go in there for the chips they make in house. Each chip is brimming with flavor that hasn't been overwhelmed by salt. Also recommended is the salmon burger, which always arrives fresh.

If you are in the Shelburne,Vt area and looking for lunch, give Archies Grill a try. They serve local produce and the food is great. It is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it.

If you want an excellent turkey burger go to Barkeaters - the Hoisen burger is amazing and comes with homemade fries. Archies is overpriced and no fries.
