Only 6 tables but menu ranged from Caribbean to German and chef carefully timed each delicious dish to arrive hot just as we were ready. Each dish showed careful preparation and fun, complementary pairings such as carmelized smoked salmon and mango. Fully priced but a fun and tasty adventure.

We were blown away by the quality and imagination of the food here. There are only six tables plus five or so seats at the bar. We found each presentation well near perfect. Great care goes into each serving that emerges from this kitchen. For intimate dining with inspiration don't miss this Manchester treasure.
