This place is yummy. I always enjoy going to café rio. I love their salads. It' so nice that they are in a small town in Vernal. It is Mexican food, but not your traditional style; which is a nice change of pace. Thank you!

The selection is relatively small, just lots of different ways to eat a few items. They offer a free quesadilla for small children. We've eaten here several times and have had no complaints. Don't hesitate, if this is one of your options you'll be happy with the outcome.

The place was packed on a weeknight visit, but they keep things moving quickly. I enjoyed my usual Cafe Rio chicken salad. My friends tried the quesadillas, burritos, and enchiladas. Good fast Mexican fare. They have crushed ice, too!

I had the pork enchiladas...they were delicious! It's all made right in front of you so you get it hot. Probably one of the best places to eat in Vernal!

There isn't much in Vernal so this is always a good choice. I just wish they had more variety since I eat here all the time. Yum!

Almost every time we go to Vernal we eat here. Friendly service, good quality food. Great Prices. The manager in the early afternoon is always friendly and goes out of his way to do what he can to see that you are happy.
