We always make sure to have at least one meal at El Chubasco while we're visiting Park City. Everyone we take to El Chubasco loves it! Affordable, fast, and delish!
This excellent mexican taquería will blow your taste buds. It is a good place to have tacos al pastor, sopes or carne asada. While Lone Star Taquería's fish tacos in Sandy are much better, El Chubasco's salsa bar is the best in Utah.
It's no Red Iguana, but it is a great alternative to the high priced restaurants in Park City. The only negative about this place is it was packed and the location of the salsa bar seems odd. I will be back. :)
This place is always crowded, but there is also seating outside. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is tasty. There is.a great salsa bar to use with your chips before the meal, and an incredible soda machine with flavors I have never seen before. I accidentally clicked "terrible" for bar scene and wasn't able to uncheck it.... More
We stopped in for a quick dinner, sat outside to enjoy the great weather. Not a great view, but the food was delicious! I'm totally a Mexican/salsa fan, and this place has tons of salsas to choose from! Most dishes had a vegetarian option, we had the vegetarian burritos both Cali and mexi style were great!
So far as Mexican food, very good and consistent. We had 10 people for dinner and all enjoyed their meals. The salsa bar was an added plus. Everybody has their own personal tastes as to what is good to add to their meal. El Chubasco gave an extensive choice to add your choice to your meal. Really good!
Would loved to have tried the food. Staff was more concerned about being able to get passed our seats than anything. Terrible layout and customer service. Opted to leave.
The food was served hot, not everyone was served at the same time, I liked the refried beans, but the rice--not so much, my chicken chimichanga was okay but not wonderful, there is a large condiment bar with a variety of sauces. It was very busy and crowded and the staff worked really hard to please everyone. You order your... More
When I saw the local firemen eating here I knew it would be a good place. They know good food. Having never eaten in Mexico, I don't know if this is "authentic" or not but I have eaten a lot of Mexican food and this was pretty good. The price is quite a bargain considering it's located in Park City.... More
