Come for the experience. Park at the base, funicular to hotel, gorgeous views. We simply had a signature Bloody Mary and hamburger at the bar. $85 with tip but it is an adventure thrown in with lunch. Call ahead for varying hours of venues

We visited St Regis the day we were leaving Park City. We had lunch on the outdoor patio, where they have gas heaters coming out of the ground, the sun was shining, and we could easily sit there all afternoon. The cheeseburger is a MUST! The customer service was fantastic. It would have to be the highlight of our trip!
As anyone who has ever travelled to Deer Valley knows, the Bloody Mary's that are served at the St. Regis bar are what every other upscale restaurant/bar should use as a measuring stick for every drink they serve. Unique spices and a truly inventive way of adding spice to the drink make this a don't miss.
And talk about scenery?...

I have been going to the St Regis Bar all winter and I must say they get it right every time! Johnathan McCauley knows what service is all about. HIs staff never fails to smile and are so polite. The black truffle pizza is AMAZING and the steamed shrimp salad is an all time favorite. If you come to Deer...

This restaurant and bar is the best and most inviting place that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Jonathan McAuley, the Manager, is the most professional and gracious host . Even though the place was slammed, he took the time to personally welcome and visit with the guests. What a tremendous host! Try the truffle pizza and one of...

Have stopped by this place since it opened hoping they have improved their service on the outside patio but, unfortunately, they still haven't gotten it right. It is the most beautiful location and so inviting however, you must ski in with your patience in tact. Once you sit down, it takes a good 5 minutes to be noticed, then another...

Since this past Sunday was our first ever trip to Deer Valley, we decided to go for the full experience. Took the short trip up the funicular (fun, with nice views!) and decided to have lunch at the St. Regis Bar instead of J&G. At lunch time, the bar was relatively uncrowded, although there were no tables by the windows...

You can ski here or you can ride the funacular or you can drive. So many choices! If you ski in, be sure to remember that if the temps are high the ski down to a lift will be slushy (just a warning).
Good location, lovely to sit on the mountain without skiing. Nice views. Funacular is interesting, cool for...

Outstanding food & drink menu. We had lunch there 2 days in a row it was sooooo good. Ski right in, and enjoy.
a Bucket list place for sure! Just overlook the high prices and set outside by the fire on the wonderful deck patio!
