Who would have thought egg yolks make a good dessert great? Nielsens did. Custard is the rolls Royce of frozen dairy products. Just vanilla is great for me, but really you could put custard on anything and it's instantly awesome. Nielsens does it the best of anyone.

I stop by this place all the time, frozen custard beats regular ice cream, hands down! The place can get a little noisy and crazy, but they have a drive thru if that bothers you (I personally don't care, I'm there for the custard). Concretes don't necessarily have nuts, it's all in what you want with it.

Frozen custard is creamy compared to ice cream. It is rich and very tasty. The concrete (which is a mixture of flavored frozen custard and nuts) is one of best treats in the salt lake area. My favorite concrete is chocolate malt cashew. The custard can be flavored with fruit also. So stop by. Enjoy the creamy taste of custard.
