While not the gourmet food we had the neighboring Hell's Backbone Grill, the food at Burr Trail was excellent and much lower in cost. We both were glad we stopped here.
Stopped here for an early dinner. We both had burgers which were good. I had the spicy burger which was interesting. We sat outside where there were several people with dogs. Southern Utah is beautiful, but it seems that restaurants are a bit hard to find sometimes. So when we spotted the Burr Trail Grill, we decided to give it a try. Much to our delight the menu was unique and the food was great. A fun place to relax from the road.
We can only confirm previous reviews in praise of the food at the Grill. We had burgers which were made from fresh ingredients of excellent quality. Having done our research before our visit we were ready for the pies and were not disappointed. They are homemade and delicious.

We are driving from Moab to Bryce, and found this wonderful spot! Great service, and wonderful TBLT and Burger with cole slaw. What a gem! We were lucky; restaurant closes tomorrow for season.

This was a nice find on our recent trip to southern Utah. The food was good, staff welcoming, and you really need to try a slice of one of the excellent home-made pies.

We ate at both places, with are next door to each other. Tripadvisor ought to be updated though. The Grill is open for... More
