This is a great place to come for more than just pancakes! They have lunch specials that include the meal, drink and dessert! The pancakes are awesome but so is the antique ambience. This is a 'Fav' spot!

We stayed in Lubbock this weekend and had breakfast there two days in a row. It is an old IHOP thats been there for years 60's maybe. It is a good reasonable priced place to eat. We will go back as we have for years.

Recommended by our motel, this is the oldest home cooking, great local food in West Texas. O/S service and food.

A great hearty breakfast, served by friendly and efficient servers. The morning crowd are the local ranchers that are very entertaining to listen to.

Wife and I shared hungry boy breakfast. Orange Juice was real, food was real. Waitresses kept saying high, laughing with customers, it was all nice to see. Food is great. We're coming back for lunch too. Please never go to IHOP again.

I love this place the young lady a the hotel we stay at recommed we eat there and we do every time we come to town best in town by far!
