Home owned, consistently perfect BBQ, and totally deserving of all its acclaim in Texas Monthly, Texas Country Reporter and every other review I've seen. Simply great BBQ.

really good brisket sandwiches. not the place to go if you are a vegetarian. only a few items on the menu but really good and great service.
Great BBQ but when they sell out they are out and close for the day. Make sure you get there early. I first saw them in Texas Monthly and decided to try them out. Fantastic BBQ sandwiches!
Being rated the best BBQ in town is a far cry from the truth. The brisket is decent, but a sandwich consists of 3 slices of brisket on a bun. The entire time they are cutting the brisket you keep thinking there going to give more, BBQ restaurants are know for over feeding not letting you leave hungry.

Good food for the price. Would recommend it for fast convenient meal. Long standing tradition of excellent BBQ...get there early, and enjoy!

It's a small place, funky seating. The smoke coming from the grill is heavenly & though the meat does have a good flavor, it's a bit pricey for what you get. I expected better from all the hype I heard.
