This is an outstanding cajun restaurant with fresh seafood, crawfish, and the like! Dinner portions were way more than I could eat so I had plenty next day for lunch! Fried shrimp and crawfish etoufee is what I have eaten there. Atmosphere is relaxed and open. Great place for lunch with co-workers.
After having disappointing food in various cajun restaurants in Louisiana, were surprised to find a cajun restaurant with better food in Texas.
After being introduced to Dudley's a couple of months ago, now whenever we are in the Longview area, Dudley's is our restaurant of choice.
Nothing fancy here, just honest home cooking Cajun style. Seafood is fresh, spices just...

The food was so good. Best fried pickles ever. Everything we had was just so good, will certainly go back again and again.

While on a travel assignment decided to try Dudley's based on Internet reviews and I was not disappointed. The seafood gumbo was great and so was my catfish, crab cake ,and fried oysters. To much to eat at once, will make a good lunch for tomorrow.
My hubby and I were traveling west cross country. After many days on the road and fighting a terrible storm, we were beat! I researched the locally recommended eateries and selected a seafood restaurant down the street near Dudley's. It was Monday and they were closed when we arrived. So, we decided to give Dudley's a try. It looked friendly...

Extremely large portions, and good beer selections for a some what smaller place. Just remember on the weekends, after the lunch crowd ends around 2 I believe. They don't open back up till 5.
This is the second restaurant I went to that was reviewed on trip advisor. Both were just GREAT. I ate the appetizers so I could sample a bunch, all of it was good especially the gumbo...enjoy!
