This is an upscale sushi restaurant that has several locations in the Dallas metroplex and I have been to every one. If you take a sushi novice, they have the best California roll in the Big 'D'.

Very good looking spot. But the two recommended rolls were horrible. One was like vinegar soaked carrot wrapped etc. ew. The popular ones were cheese based. I was with 3 Asians so clearly bad read. But not good food this time. Great place, decor, drinks. Only saving grace was the ahi tower. That was still great.

Went to Blue Fish in Las Colinas, TX new years eve 2012 and had a very nice experience! The place was well kept and the service was great. Everything we ordered was very satisfying! I would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to be returning soon myself! Thanks Blue Fish! ARH
