Was very surprised with my experience. Sushi was definitely fresh, and inventive. Went for a business dinner and expected to sit at a table, but ended up at the bar all night. The happy hour menu is well done and a bargain. Sampled a lot of the food. Enjoyed the tuna tower. Peking duck cigar sounded good but after deep... More

This is my favorite sushi place, without having to go all the way to Dallas. The sushi / sashimi are really fresh, tuna (maguro) bright red; salmon (sake) bright orange and shrimp (ebi) is soft not chewy. On top of this, during lunch you get 2 for the price of 1. My girlfriend and I had enough left over to... More

great place to grab some good sushi before you head to airport (DFW) or after you land. Lunch time gets busy so get there when they open! The Sashimi was cut perfectly - not too thin like many places tend to do, or worse yet...too thick. It was perfect. The rolls were excellent - be sure to try the signature... More

This is an upscale sushi restaurant that has several locations in the Dallas metroplex and I have been to every one. If you take a sushi novice, they have the best California roll in the Big 'D'.

Very good looking spot. But the two recommended rolls were horrible. One was like vinegar soaked carrot wrapped etc. ew. The popular ones were cheese based. I was with 3 Asians so clearly bad read. But not good food this time. Great place, decor, drinks. Only saving grace was the ahi tower. That was still great.

OK, I'm a VERY picky sushi eater... and I travel with my own travel chopsticks, to set a context for this review... I was wow'ed by the sashimi cuts, and the sushi roll choices at The Blue Fish, and it will now be my MUST EAT at sushi place anytime in the Dallas area... We even went with a party... More

I've been to this place several times with colleagues and customers and its been consistently very good. It gets crowded for dinner so I usually go to Open Table to make a last minute reservation which gets me ahead of the line at the hostess stand. This restaurant has a cool urban vibe with creative, even over the top sushi... More

I dined here for lunch. The place was packed, even at the bar. I ordered a bento box, which had more food in it than I could eat. The salmon was overcooked but had a nice flavor. All other items were average. I'm not sure I would want to go back and wait for a table again, but it seemed like... More

Had a group outing at the Blue Fish sushi house in Las Colinas (Irving, TX) location. We started with the awesome Ahi Tower which never disappoints. Another favorite of mine is the Summer Roll stuffed with crabmeat, vermicelli and mango. We tried a variety of rolls, including the Rainforest, Titan, Firecracker and Samurai. We did get a boat but I... More
