We had and excellent dinner here with outstanding service. There were 10 of us so we had a private room, which was much quieter for conversation. The steaks and the seafood were very fresh and well prepared. There was live music in the bar, which looked like a lot of fun,.

The four of us were very pleased and impressed with this place. Top notch food and service. We were flying blind - had not heard of this place (not from the area) and were glad to find this jewel. 4 thumbs up.

We recently ate at Eddie V's in Ft. Worth to celebrate my wife's Birthday. It exceeded our expectations. Great service, beautiful ambiance, exceptional Seafood made for a great evening. The only complaint I have is the waiter, when asked if they had any Texas Wine, answered that there were no Texas Wines worthy of this place. You are so wrong... More

We first went to Eddie V's back in December with our dinner group (about 10 people) and the food was excellent. We had the Seafood Tower which is a great thing to have when you have a large group. The seafood is incredibly fresh and prepared flawlessly. Several of our group had steaks and others had various kinds of fish.... More

The restaurant is great. But I like to go to the bar and just order the calamari. It's Asian insipired - I can't really explain it - just trust me. It's the BEST!

Eddie V's is a big place with nice modern décor. The menu has a nice variety but I couldn't find any signature dish that is unique to Eddie V's. We ordered shrimps and crab cake as appetizers and steaks for entrées. I chose to add scallop to my steak. I got a small 1" diameter piece of scallop for extra... More

Love to do this with a couple of friends, share a few appetizers, and drinks or wine from happy hour menu. Lots of food, great time, and reasonably priced. Bar staff is always exceptional!

I rated "value" as average, and that may be generous. The food is sensational, if expensive, and the service was excellent. The wines, however, are way over priced, forcing me to pick a lesser quality to stay within a reasonable price point. But, with the exception of the Dallas restaurant, where interesting wines off list have been suggested at reasonable... More

After several visits, it is apparent that Eddie V's has mastered the dining experience. The absolute freshest seafood is served in simple but creative preparations. We always start with the cold seafood tower which includes perfectly prepared shrimp, an assortment of oysters on the half-shell, the tail and claw meat from a whole lobster and a big bowl of snowy... I had dinner here with some friends from Fort Worth who are big fans of this restaurant, and now I understand why! Our service was impeccable. The food was delicious. I ordered the ahi tuna and it came beautifully seared on the outside - nice and red-pink on the inside. A good salad with mango was served on the side.... More
