I went here on the advice of a wine distributor, as I was looking for a specific wine. I was blown away at not only their amazing wine selection, but all of the food! My daughter and I were so hungry when we got to the store so went straight to the back where they make the sandwiches. I ordered... More

they lost my sandwich order - twice - never even apologized, never acknowledged losing my order or that i waited 20+ minutes for a sandwich. Sorry, no second chance for you, I don't care how good your other reviews are.

First trip to Jimmy's, although I've been to Dallas hundreds of times. It is fantastic. Sandwiches are legit. I ordered the muffaletta. Only drawback was it was entirely too big. The servers at the counter were friendly. Sat in the back room, which you must walk past the counter/kitchen to access. Would not have known it was there if not... More

My trust in TripAdvisor took a giant leap forward when I saw that Jimmy's was deemed one of the top ten eateries in Dallas. Not that I have anything at all against the French Room or Fearing's. but good food doesn't only exist in expensive, top-of-the-line restaurants. Jimmy's exalted ranking is particularly interesting in that "Jimmy's Food Store" isn't really... More

A true Italian grocery and deli in lower Greenville. You MUST go here. Paul DiCarlo and his brother are warm and inviting and very helpful. We bought things to bring home on flight and they gave us a cooler to pack all the things in. The sandwiches are delicious!

I have lived in Dallas for 20+ years and finally tried Jimmy's. Great everything, atmosphere, prices and large sandwiches. I enjoyed looking throughout the market too! Come hungry!. I am a vegetarian and the options were limited, but it is a Italian deli. Everything looked so good, I wanted to eat meat!! Don't miss it.

If you are hungry and want a neighborhood adventure go to Jimmy's. The sandwiches are all great. If you go at noon any day expect to wait. You will stand at the meat counter for your order. Stroll the store and check out the wine, pasta and soda selection. Be sure to buy some Italian sausage to take home. The... More

Great sammies, great produce and I love their pizza dough for do-it-yourself 'zas! Not to mention the fantastic wine selection. Love this place!
