The hotel at best is no more than a 2-3 star hotel attached to a restaurant that seems to have prices of a 3-4 star hotel restaurant. My father stayed at the Lawrence Hotel where this place is located. The food was good, the cost was a bit $$. We where a party of five and they automatically added the tip.

The Founders Grill is attached to the Hotel Lawrence where I was staying. The atmosphere is acceptable and the food is average quality. The bar is somewhat limited. They didn't have any single malt scotch. The service is average.

Great food but crappy crappy service. Our bartender complained about working at the restaurant to the other bartender and would be on his cell phone texting when he wasn't complaining.

This place has good food. A friend and I had dinner there over the holidays. There was only one other table occupied. We had great service and possibly the best ribeye I have eaten. The meal was delicious and the price reasonable. Parked on the street but there is a lot adjacent. Located in downtown near the Metro station.

Because of "Sandy", we could not complete our trip and got off the train at Dallas. We had not been there before. The service and food at this restaurant were wonderful. We chose it because it was near our hotel.
