We ate at Rex's last weekend and it was wonderful. I had a king crab leg and it was so fresh and sweet. Loved it. The others in our group loved their dish also.I can see why they have valet parking. :-) Great Food for sure.

Yes, technically they are not seafood, but these are the best FGT's I have ever had!
Also had the halibut special-a lovely portion, grilled with an avocado sauce artfully arranged. Each entree comes with two side dishes-with a grand collection of choices including some very healthy ones. You really can eat here if you are on a diet and stay...

We found Rex's by chance while driving down Lover's Lane looking for a lunch spot. We dropped the car off to the very quick valet duo, stepped inside and immediately realized this was not your typical hole in the strip mall restaurant.
I had the Alaskan Halibut and my date had the ivory salmon. Both were cooked to perfection (that...

Remarkable choices, excellant flavors combined with the freshest of seafood. Crab cakes were perfect. Daily specials included a large variety of choices with unique toppings. The sauteed spinach was amazing. With so many restaurants to choose from in Dallas I don't go here enough and every time I do say to who ever I'm dining with that I need to go more often. This trip we started with the fried asparagus, which is on a lot of menus right now but this delicate and flavorful - not greasy at all...

I had lunch at Rex's during a visit to Dallas last weekend. It was my third trip there and it never fails to please. The seafood is so fresh, excellently prepared and the sides are wonderful. I didn't try a dessert but the halibut with sauteed spinach was amazing.
Wonderful seafood but kind of pricey. Get there early because both main and side dishes start getting scratched off the blackboard. Although the atmosphere is Park Cities casual, we had the only children (ages 16 and 13) in the restaurant. Wasn't a problem at all though. They both had the salmon and loved it.
We stopped in at Rex's on the day before Thanksgiving, hungry and tired from holiday shopping. We did not pay attention to the dining hours and arrived around 4:00pm, which was in between service hours. Lunch ends at 3 and dinner doesn't start until 5:30pm. The very gracious server asked if we just wanted oysters on the half shell and...
