This is a family owned restaurant. It is exceptionally clean and well run. The food is excellent. The menu has many different choices. There are many typical Tex Mex sellections on the menu. A mural on the west wall of Los Molcajetes is a Picasso-esque rendition of a mesera (waitress) balancing a glass on index, middle, and ring fingers, tripod-style...which is exactly how our drinks were served.
