the service was very slow. I ordered mashed potatoes that came without gravy so asked for some. After 10 minutes received about 2 tablespoons worth. It was raining and hardly anyone was in there at the time, there was no excuse for this poor service.

The service was terrible! There were 4 tables in the entire restaurant and we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks and an hour for our food, absolutely ridiculous! I asked if I could substitute hash browns for pancakes, Our server said, "we are out of hash browns, well we're not really out if them but they would have to... More

Im surprised IHOP allows this franchise to remain open. It's downright horrible. The staff is rarely friendly and food is poor to terrible. Today I had the mushroom and spinach omelette, topping in hollandaise sauce. The omelette was over cooked but obviously sat in the kitchen and had cooled by the time it made it to the table. The onions... More

There is an old saying that goes "First Impressions Should Be Your Best" this is very true, with that being said if I base my first impressions on the service that a friend and I received while visiting this IHOP on Monday morning October,1 2012 @ 1:00am it would be "Horrible" "Awful" "Tacky" "Classless" "Rude" and "Ghetto" the young lady that... It took us forever to get waited on when we arrived. It was not busy. Waitress had phone calls and friends to talk to instead. When the food arrived it was pretty good.

The food was good and our server was nice enough. The atmosphere, however, was terrible. We were in the non-smoking area, but the smoking area is just a few tables down. There is no real separation. The whole restaurant smelled like cigarettes. Bleh. It gave me a headache.

I visited the I.H.O.P. restaurant in N.Germantown/Cordova/North Bartlett area with my 3 grandchildren yesterday and I got the chicken/cheese sandwich. Well, the chicken was either spoiled or it had so much sodium in it that I could not sleep all night. The service was good but don't think that you are going to save a bundle on the Kids special...
