well cooked food and a reasonable selection, was a shame they havent got a steak dish on but 5 of us all easily found something. Beers are good with a wide choice, always good to try something different. Only one critisicm i have is that there needed to be another staff member as the landlady was trying to do it... More

Not the best location, but most certainly some of the best food we have had in a pub for a while. The pub itself is located in a side street near the centre of the town. I had the burger which was really good, most certainly homemade with a great flavour and it didn't repeat on me hours later. The... More

Three of us out for a bit of lunch easily found a table here in this light airy pub on a corner site right in the middle of the town. An interesting range of well-kept beers kept us happy while we waited for our food. My smoked swordfish steaks were nicely presented and delicious. The stuffed sea bass looked prety... More

Just a shame this place doesn't have sea views. If it did, it would be the best place in the UK. The menu is great and the beers are the best in town. The staff are very friendly and the live bands are well selected. Keep up the good work

Great place to eat, never fails. With the day time menu offering a good choice and at good value on some food at two meals for 10.00 . Go on a Friday night when there is live music, great atmosphere, whatever the genre of music.

Great to be able to take the dog in there, staff were nice and also the atmosphere, good location. The only thing that was not quite suitable was that they did not sell the lager that my partner drinks.

My husband and I recently went to this pub for a meal. There isn't much atmosphere but the beer was good and the food was better. I had Pork cooked 2 ways and my husband had Rump of Devon Lamb. It was all brilliantly cooked and we cleared out plates :) highly recommended for good service and fantastic food :)

While cycling down from Exton on the coastal cycle path my daughter and i saw the banner advertising Fresh Local Mussels at the Grapevine. Pub is very easy to find and very welcoming unfortunately the Mussels were off the menu due to it being spawning season so we settled for Tapas (4 good servings for £10) very wide selection of... The highlight of our trip. A real find with a decent and well-kept selection of ales and good live music.
