I would give the food 4, maybe 4.5 stars, but the service is very lacking. It is not bad, but just slow and the hostesses and wait staff seem very indifferent to the customers.

My husband and I stopped here with his daughter and her boyfriend on Sunday (at her request and on her recommendation) and was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was a little clueless but the food was great and the atmosphere was classy and elegant.

I don't usually like sushi restaurants because of the raw fish risk. But others in the family like it so I go to keep them company - and I'm hungry at mealtimes. We were here for lunch on a Friday and the food was excellent. I had the shrimp (cooked) lunch special, Our daughter had the sushi tuna, and snapper... More

Started going long before they moved into their current location. Thought then, Kabuki was one of the best kept secrets in Knoxville.....definitely the best kept sushi secret! Now that popularity is upon them, others are discovering how friendly and timely the service Anson and his staff provide is, how fabulous and fresh the sushi is, and how wonderfully unique its... If I could give this 6 stars I would!! All I can say is WOW!! Amazing place! Great decor and even better sushi! When we walked I was not expecting this place to be that "swanky" on the inside but I was wrong. Has a very big city feel to it. Elegant and Hip! We had the sweet potato roll,... More

We recently had a kid free night at the same time as some of our best friends and wanted to try a new place. We were skeptical at first. It was a Friday night and it wasn't all that busy and it is in a strip mall in a location that has been several places in just the last few... More

I LOVE Kabuki! The first time I went,GNO, two of our girls had never had sushi before. The staff was very friendly in helping them pick something from the menu, right down to the wine! Our waiter was joking with us all night and was very attentive! The sushi was AMAZING and the presentation was so much fun! The service... More

Ok so my wife suggested Kabuki for our lunch date this week. She frequently goes there with her girlfriends on their night out. I wasn't excited as I have pretty high standards when it comes to sushi and this place was in a far corner of a strip center. How good could it be? From the outside it looks like... More

We have dined at Kauki several times this year and found the sushi delicious. Wonderful presentation and very friendly staff. The lunch specials are a great deal. This is our favorite stop at Turkey Creek.

This place has a great variety available and will special order things for you also. I like tempura flakes in my rolls to give them a crunch and happily fixed them this way. Had more than I could eat for $20. Tuna Nigiri was a pretty good sized hunk of tuna. Presentation was great for those into that. Service was... More
