Found the food and beverage service entirely adequate. Food was hot, dining room was nice, staff friendly. Would stop by for lunch any time.

Great food. A mix of Italian and southern cooking. Reasonably priced. The wait staff was great and very accommodating to our group of 25. It was within walking distance of the hotel.

Had dinner here based on recommendation from Hampton Inn down the street. Glad we took their advice. Friendly place . Spacious , good service , wonderful food. Portions are huge. We all enjoyed our meals. Consensus favorite was the chicken picatta. This place was just what we needed after a day on the road. If you are in the area....eat... More

I have been to the Puleo's Grill located off Strawberry Plains exit and it is a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is clean and the service and food are great. I would recommend eating there.

On our way to Pigeon Forge, we stopped in Knoxville for lunch. Our waiter (I believe his name was Jesse) was the best! We asked him tons of questions about what to do in Pigeon Forge, and he was super helpful! He also made excellent food recommendations (the lasagna was good, the grilled chicken sandwich was great, the Chocolate Lasagna... More

Great place. Food was delicious. Locally owned and evidently the owner is running a nice place. Waiter was attentive and friendly. I wish we had Puleo's in Byron, Ga.

First time eating here and found it to be very enjoyable. Very friendly staff from the young lady who sat us, our waiter who was new to the manager who stopped by. The food was very good, from a pizza, love the thin crust, to grilled salmon. One small mix up, but was handled and remedied very quickly with apologizes... More

My family and I don't go out to restaurants a lot so we only go to Puleo's maybe 2-3 times a year, but they are very consistent when it comes to great food and great service. On our last visit they were very accommodating. My daughter is autistic and we asked for a table that was somewhat out of the... More
