This is a great place to go out for a nice romantic dinner. I went with my husband for our anniversary and it was great. The atmosphere as well as the food and service is top notch.

We were in Cookeville and decided to try Mauricio's. I thought it was very good! It's a little hard to find, but worth the find. The food was excellent!! Very homemade authentic Italian.

I don't actually live in Cookeville, but Mauricio's is probably my favorite Italian place in Tennessee. The portions are excellent; I can usually make two meals out of an entree. I have dined here several times for special occasions while in Cookeville. This place is fantastic. Veal is wonderful and the atmosphere puts it over the top. Highly recommend this place for special romantic occasions or just a random date night.

A friend introduced me to Mauricio's a couple years ago. The food was very well prepared and I wish we lived closer so we could go there more often, but it means "driving over the mountain" to go to Cookeville. But if you are there, Mauricio's is a good place for a meal.
