Appetizer came out piping hot after the almost-cold food was delivered. 40% of the tables sitting empty and dirty while people suffering long waits at the door for a table. Nicki working the bar where we sat gave great service. Everything else was pretty bad....just go somewhere else!

YUCK! The smell of stale, moldy drinks on the bar floor mats was over powering and nearly enough to make you gag. Service as so so at best. 2 times we went here and horrible service.. which was dinner time both times.. Had to leave... have gone back 2 x since during lunch time and it was just ok. food is good, but lacks atmosphere.

Chili's used to be one of my favorites. But the constant changing of the menu and poor service is starting to drive me away. There is a middle aged waitress in the bar area that is terrible.

I used to really like Chili's when we moved here several years ago. The food has gotten a lot worse though. I got a hamburger once that was raw in the middle. I think 3 years ago the food was MUCH better. It still decent, but it has lost its chili's flair, at least the triple cheese burger I loved was. It used to be a nice larger burger worth fasting a few hours for, now it looks like a double whopper with cheese and a peice of bacon. Haven't went back... More
