While visiting and walking downtown Chattanooga, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We both had the seafood bisque and I had a turkey sandwich with havarti dill cheese, arugula and tomato marmalade on whole wheat. All were very good. Nice clean restaurant and some tables face the sidewalk.

Very pleasant service and good food. The roast beef special was delicious, and the grapes and orange slice were a real bonus. Also nice was the scallop special.

This is THE BEST RESTARAUNT I've eaten in Chartanooga! Chef Nick Geoller is outstanding. My wife and I stopped in for an appetizer and drinks on our way to someplace else and stayed! Everything is locally sourced and fresh! I will be back and if you are in Chattanooga and only have one meal to enjoy, stop here!

This restaurant has been way ahead of its time for Chattanooga--locally sourced food, near all the river attractions, owned and run by a socially conscious and gracious hometown family! Only thing missing is a much needed update of its decor.

I went to the restaurant for lunch yesterday, April's Fools Day, with friends. I loved it. Ate at the bar alone on a Saturday night and felt very comfortable. Had a wonderful filet mignon with spinach, mashed potatoes and yummy bread. Would definitely go back. Classy place but you can wear jeans, too.

We went to 212 for brunch on Sunday morning. The chicken quesadillas with dijon mustard potato salad was a incredible surprise. We have been to 212 before and will be stopping in again when in town.

My husband and I had dinner here for his birthday. We both ordered the salmon special. Bland, so bland I salted it in a desperate attempt to provide my entre with some taste. The service was excellent! The burger . delicious. The restaurant, including the restrooms is very clean. They are environmentally conscious. Limited children's menu.
