The mac & cheese is hands down the best I've ever had! I love the mix of people who eat here. You can eat as much or as little as you like for $7. Everyone is very friendly and the place is one-of-a-kind.

We arrived on a weekday about 12:30. The 'restaurant' is a cafeteria inside an old school turned community center. You walk through the gym, down a hall into the cafeteria. Pay as you enter, then grab a Styrofoam plate and napkin-wrapped plastic-ware then serve yourself on the short buffet line. The selection wasn't huge and was quite picked over when...

We had Sunday brunch. It was delicious. Lots of meat and vegetable options, every bite had great taste. We were very pleased with the food and the service and the PRICE. We have already shared this place with several family and friends. We plan to go back when in Chattanooga. They also cater and host events.
The curtains might be from KMart, but the food is all soul. And the ministry is all heart. I would eat here again just to support their outreach to the neighborhood, but this is no pity choice. Everything I tried was scrumptious. To die for fried chicken, candied ham, gravy chicken with dressing, roast beef. Kids & husband tried their...

Have ate at the Beth twice now as it was a big surprise. It was recommended to us by a co-worker and we arrived at a community center in what appeared to not be the best part of town and you have to walk through the gymnasium first to get to the restaurant but you realize that this is a...

I had the opportunity to visit the Bistro at the Beth a few days ago, and it was a great experience. Not only were the associates friendly and extremely helpful and courteous, the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced!! Chicken, greens, fried fish, mac and cheese, bean medley (my favorite), cornbread, and CAKE!!! Needless to say, I needed a...

This was my first visit and won't be my last.
I don't usually order fried food - too greasy - but the fish (perch) was small thin fillets with the perfect light dusting of cornmeal to give the fish some texture. Crisp, hot and fried in front of your eyes. They know how to fry; the fish wasn't greasy at...

I had the opportunity today to once again visit The Bistro for lunch. I do believe each time I go the food is more delicious than my previous visit! I usually shy away from buffets because all the food seems to taste the same but not at The Bistro...every dish is prepared so well, so full of flavor, so delicious...if...

I got a friend to go with me to the Bistro at the Beth. I had seen an interview of Mr. Goins talking about what all the Bistro had to offer and I wanted to just go and support their effort.
When we got there, my friend and I were treated like special guest by each and everyone of the...
