This cozy, little restaurant (in the Food Lion shopping center) is big on everything but its size. Like visiting your best friend's house for dinner with GREAT food, good people. If you are looking for authentic Italian cooking that is plentiful and delicious, look no further. Go. Eat. You'll be sooo glad you did.

My husband & I decided we needed to eat some genuine Italian and that is what we got. I had the chicken saltimbocca and hubby had the veal saltimbocca. Both of our meals were delicious! The restaurant is small and there was a small band playing in the background which is located a across from the bar. I did not... More

We have been eating here for the last 2 years, and every meal has been outstanding. Mostly locals come to this little restaurant. A great find -small, cozy, and very delicious food at great prices.

We visited twice during our stay in Myrtle Beach, the first time for dinner (Tortellini alfredo-wow!) and again for dessert (Vesuvius cake). The food was wonderful, the servers attentive, and portions were large. There is a very entertaining Dixieland group that plays on Thursday evenings. The only downside is that the bar area where the band plays also is a... More

This was our second night at Cozy O’s, it was great. Our Waitress Diana was very helpful again. Owner Wayne stops often to meet guests. The stuffed Grouper is excellent. We also enjoyed an excellent veal dish, very tender. It is a great find and recommended, located in Little River, SC.

If you are looking for great Italian food this is the place to go. I frequent Cozy-O's at least once a month. Their portions are always large and the food is always wonderful. The wait and bar staff are always nice. The owner speaks to us on every occasion. They truly make you feel like we're family when we visit.... More

Having been visiting the Carolinas for nearly 20 years now, we can remember back when you couldn't even find a piece of Italian sausage in a supermarket! How things have changed thanks to all of us Yankees migrating South! This was our first visit to Cozy O's and we could not find fault with one aspect of our experience. Our... More

In late August, three of us dined there upon recommendations of local folks. We all ordered different meals and mine was Eggplant Parmesan. Folks, it was literally burnt. The crust on the eggplant was black and flaking off! Secondly, after picking around the burnt area, the dish itself was rather bland. The other two at the table both said their... More

Cozy O's was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Little River. I wish she had told us about the smoking and the bar inside. The owner is friendly, the food is passable, the portions are good but the smoking odors hurt my experience. Had I know I would not have gone.
