They are handmade and delicious but it is very expensive for the portion sizes. With the hot weather in Charleston you have to eat very quickly.

On a long walk exploring the city streets we stumbled upon this great establishment. Located on a charming little street there was a crowd of customers who knew where to go. We ordered the pistachio and lemon sorbets and we both said simultaneously " best I ever had". A must do on a hot day for your sweet tooth.

The gelato is fairly good. But, I wouldn't call it remarkable or significantly above average. The high price and lack of seating (i.e. no seating at all) is a negative. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

I fell in love with gelato on a trip to Italy and wanted to compare this to what we had there. I had a chocolate gelato that definitely met my chocolate needs! If you're looking for fruity frozen treats, this has only a couple of options, but creamy selections are quite good.

This place is delicious! Try the chocolate mint or the lemon which was very good! Also, if you get a cone, it has something extra delicious to it!!
