Had my first trip to Flow (and likely my last) this past weekend. A friend and I were told to stop in there for a drink and, having never been in Jim Thorpe, we gave it try. Our visit was on a Saturday between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. There was one other couple at the bar. There were five (I'm sorry,... More

I've been here a handful of times, and I've never been disappointed in any way. This place truly has the perfect "flow" of style, flavor and quality. Big city essence in the cozier sna town.

I have been to Jim Thorpe three times now with my girlfriend and each time it is a requirement to eat there. I really love everything about this restaurant! Food, drinks, and service have always been an A+. The owners were very nice people and the art gallery was quite interesting. Also, Chef Zach is such a cool guy. My... More

Wonderful artists gallery/restaurant/bar. Tiny little touristy town at the west end of the Poconos. Flow has extremely yummy organic food, organic (can you believe it?) cocktails and beautiful art by Victor Stabin. It's an old mill that has a river running right underneath the dining room, so they've built a plexiglass enclosure so that you can see it in the... More

Flow is totally different on the inside. They've really made a lot of this building. We had time to walk around the art gallery where they were displaying some very creative pictures. We ate lunch there on a Saturday. The food was great. Nothing fancy but they are using really good ingredients and making some very tasty food. Grilled cheese... More

We went to Flow for a romantic dinner. We have been there a few times before but this time we were truly disappointed. I had pork shank which was actually quite tough and tasteless. Hubby had short ribs which were tasty but quite small for the price. Dinner just was okay certainly not worth the price. We left paying a... More

If you've ever been........Luxembourg has the most diverse quality of restaurants with something for everybody. Munich has it's beer and pork. (There absolutely nothing wrong with beer and pork... ever.) The menu at Flow is not typical as your beef, seafood and chicken fare found throughout most of America. They really have very nice ideas and are a refreshing change... More

We stopped at FLOW for lunch on 12/15 and we had the most delicious lunch. What we had was simple, Salmon BLT and a Grilled cheese but both sandwiches were super tasty. We also had a side order of the bacon Mac and cheese which was awesome. Service was relaxed but adequate. The restaurant has a great beer selection and... More

My last visit to Flow was over Thanksgiving weekend, when family was visiting. As always, the food was fresh and tasty. My only issue with Flow is that they don't change the menu very often. We like to eat out and we were there twice in the same month. The wait staff was great (we have had a few experiences... More

My GF and I made a day trip into JT for a daily activity. We live in northern NJ and wanted a fun activity for a Saturday. The town, while quaint and adorable on the outside, was backward and strange once explored. It's like seeing a delicious pier of candy, taking a bite, and finding out it's tuna flavored. Flow...
