I'll start with the food - it was Spanish week, not what we expected. The Tapas was superb, and the chicken and chorizo so good I nearly had another portion instead of cheese; but I love cheese.

We have a first class bistro in the centre of Devizes with a really innovative chef and friendly atmosphere. The delicious food is inspiring and the new cookery school at Hopton is absolutely brilliant! I recommend anyone, men, women or children to take a class; you'll want to go back. My breadmaking has been transformed!

I also participated in a cookery course in March 2011 (a present from my children) and have cooked a number of the dishes to great aclaim - so...
