My son and I had lunch here last week. He ordered a berry smoothie and a panini, I had soup (clam chowder) and a salad. His sandwich came with crunchy kettle chips and my soup came with some type of delicious bread stick. The service was great and so was the food.We will definitely be back. The only thing I... More

Visited the Washburne Cafe for lunch with my mother. The sandwich, salad, and soup choices were a great mix for all tastes. We shared a chicken, provolone, spinach, and sun dried tomato pannini sandwich and each had a cup of soup. The sandwich was warm, crunchy, and had plenty of chicken and cheese. The soups were tasty, but a bit... More

A very nice space - nicely decorated and good ambience. We had the turkey cranberry cream cheese wrap and the black forest pannini. Very little cranberry and cream cheese on the turkey wrap. The other sandwich could have used some condiments. Serving sizes were a nice size. Fresh ingredients Chocolate chip cookie was good. Just nothing special about this place... More

Wonderful local cafe to go for a business lunch/meeting. Decent variety of panni sandwiches. The "Grown Up Grilled Cheese" is a fun choice.

They even have gluten free pasteries and delicious sugar free drinks. These things are very important to me. The last time I was there, Brian, a local muscian played wonderful music to entertain us. It was a great visit with good food.

Its a cafe thats easily over looked. All the meals are reasonably priced. My only complaint is there is only 1 person working the front. so you order and come pick it up when your name is called. So if you need anything you have to go back up to get whatever you need. Lazy on my part I suppose... More

Good coffee, limited breakfast menu of scrambles, omelettes, biscuits, bagels. Great rosemary potatoes with breakfast, large portions. Popular with locals.

We had the Lentil soup and salad. Delicious!! Wonderfully spiced, could have been a little thicker in texture but a treat no matter how it was fixed! Good service to back up good food.

I had luch with a friend yesterday at The Washburn, and am taking colleagues back there next week. The service was great, the atmosphere was fun and the food was fresh. Although the menu is not at all extensive, the food was good. They had a desert and espresso bar, wine by the glass or bottle and local art on... More
