We had the misfortune of arriving here after a party of 10 had placed their orders. It took at least 30 minutes for the food to appear, and the friendly waitresses scurrying around offered no explanation until we asked. But the food was fantastic.

I am not a Greek food fan, but my husband wanted to eat here. It was fabulous, and I am not exaggerating. I had a spaghetti dish: Athenian pasta with butter, feta, herbs, and I asked them to throw in a grilled chicken breast. It was to die for and after eating my fill, the amount I took home fed...

Last spring, we, four ladies in Roseburg on business, saw 'Greek Cuisine' and decided to go in. Wow. We ordered various appetizers and entrees. We liked the food so much, we returned the next evening to try different things. Sooo delicious, we have recommended it to numerous friends. We are all anticipating this year's return trip!
We came here on a Friday night. The place was about half full. The waitress took our drink order, but provided no water. When the food came, the quality of it was good, but it was very bland. When you are looking for a great Greek salad, this is the place. Add the cheap wine and you are all set. We had the salmon special least week, dry and a disappointment. so stick with the salad
Traditional Greek. Fine dinning and great take out. Something different than your daily fair. Special treat for guests and holiday dining.
If you get there on the right day the food is good on the wrong day not so much. It's on a par with the food stands at fleet landing Corfu, Greece

Not into Greek food very much, but it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and what I chose from the menu was good.
we have been eating at alexanders for more than nine years now and i have to admit that we are partial to the original location on the creek, which had a terrific atmosphere. the fancier digs, further up jackson street, dont have the same feel, but the food is still very good.
the gyros are my favorite thing to order....
